아마존에서 온 메일 내용

인터넷 여기저기 검색을 해본결과 본인 카드가 맞는지 확인 요청을 한듯 합니다.


우선 저는 하나SK 카드 로 해외주소 등록을 해서 사용을 했습니다.


하나SK 카드에 전화해서 영문 Billing Statement 를 요청 했더니, 메일로는 발송이 불가하고 팩스로만 받아볼 수 있다고 해서, 팩스로 해당 문서를 받았습니다.





1차로 해당문서만 아마존에 팩스로 보냈더니 아래와 같은 메일이 다시 왔습니다.

그래서 추가로 몇개의 문서를 더 첨부해서 팩스를 보냈습니다.


하나카드 홈페이지에서 조회 가능한 전에 아마존에서 결제한 해외거래 확인서




그리고 저는 명세서를 이메일로 받고있어서 전에 아마존 결제 내용이 있는 명세서를 함께 첨부 하였습니다.


그리고 마지막에 NAME, E-MAIL, PHONE 넘버를 같이 적어서 총 3장의 내용을 팩스로 전송 하였습니다.


그리고 2틀 까지 아무런 회신이 없어서 아마존에 로그인을 시도 했더이 정상적으로 로그인이 되었습니다.


기존에 등록한 카드 내용은 삭제되어 있더군요..


다시 카드 정보를 등록하고 다른 상품을 결제했는데 정상적으로 결제 후 배송까지 완료 되었습니다.


이상 아마존에서 카드 본인요청이 왔을경우 대처 방법이였습니다.



그리고 뽐뿌에서 다른분은 아래와 같은 방법으로도 해결하셨다고 하네요.
